"Lovely big apartment!"

What a lovely apartment! It was ideal for my mum (who is 80), 2 sisters and myself. The location was perfect, only 2 minutes from the beach going out the back way, many lovely restaurants on the beach front and only 2 minutes to bars and restaurants the front way. There is a supermarket just outside the front of the complex. The complex is very secure as you need keys to get into the complex which were given to us when we first arrived from the lovely Magaly who showed us to and around the apartment. There is a balcony from one of the bedrooms and a terrace off from the kitchen/lounge where there are sun loungers (all day sunshine!) The communications before we came were excellent, they answered any questions I had within the 24 hours. We highly recommend this apartment!

"We didn’t stay there as the health and safety was terrible"

The property was disgusting we didn’t stay in there it was dangerous and disgusting

We are waiting for our money back we have sent you videos and pictures of this property showing how disgusting it was we moved the same day as arriving to another hotel

"A fatal fall hazard was not important to them"

Great location, nice pool, nice apartment and decently equipped, but....

SAFETY FOR OUR CHILD. Missing safety bar on the bannister. Our 1.5 year old could easily fall through, with a 2m drop onto hard stairs. FATAL FALL RISK. Informed the property and it took them more than 5 days to repair this "inconvenience". Had to chase and chase. Very stressful and really detracted from the holiday. Was promised a gesture of goodwill from the property in compensation, but nothing forthcoming (they are not replying even to booking.com staff). Now trying to raise an official complaint.
