Histórica Casa de la Oje

The view was very nice. Quiet location in a narrow street with shop and 2 restaurants nearby. The apt is basic. Owner Isaac went out of his way to make my stay comfortable. He brought a small heater when the weather turned colder and windier

Very basic mattress; no cushions in the two rotan seats; shower was best when hand held, there was no water cooker, just 3 basic pans. On sunny days I would have liked to sit privately outside in the sun as the apt is all day in the shade.

The location is fantastic and the view from tbe flat was amazing.

The check in time was 4pm. We arrived at this time but, despite asking earlier in the day, we had no instructions on how to enter the property. We called the numbers given but it was only after contacting Booking that we got a reply. We were told there was a problem with the water and would be able to access in 40 minutes. We eventually accessed 90 minutes later. We spoke to another couple staying in the same building who said they had the same problem and didn't get the access code until 6pm. Once in the place was OK although it was cold at night and there were no extra blankets. The hairdryer was of a travel type and not very powerful.

The view is awesome. In the middle of awesome small historic city, with few small grocery stores nearby. Well equiped, a lot of rooms and space for relax, work,… Good wifi, terrace with a view on Tenerife. Absolutely the best thing is nearby restaurant Tasca Las Cruses - kind owner and the best food miles away.

It was OK for us but, you’re in historic city center so the parking is not directly nearby and you need to park it 3-4mins walk away with cobblestones. The washing machine was broken at the time of our stay so we couldn’t use it. No hairdryer.

Exceptional! Far bigger than we imagined & right in the heart of the old town. I hadnt anticipated the view from the balcony .... breathtaking. This is hardly an apartment really but a full house with all the amenities working as required. We didnt worry about the parking until we got there & we are so glad it didnt put us off. It's very easy to simple drop the bags off & find street parking just 200 meters away. Checking in was a breeze too 👊

Great location in centre of historic village - very near restaurants, church. We attended Palm Sunday mass - friendly people.

Restaurants were all closed on Sunday evening - but no problem - Hermigua village was 10 minute drive away. Note that streets are narrow and steep in places, but no problem. Some street parking near house but also large public parking area - no charges. So this actually makes the environment nice.
