Casa Carmen Altea with Terrace

Manu, the host, was great - returned our messages very quickly. You can tell he still has passion for the house, it's full of personal touches and extras that you don't get in most places, including a bottle of red wine, water and a collection of tea bags. Well located just below the main area in the old town where all the bars and restaurants are. But, as it's so well located in the old town most of the roads are pedestrianised, so have to leave the car at the end of the road with hazards on as you get your luggage out, and then park in a free public car park - but we didn't find it an issue, and at least there is plenty of free parking. But this will be the same for any property in the old town, which is where you ideally want to be.
