Casa Prainha, Alvor para 10 pessoas

Das Haus ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und super aufgeteilt. Die Lage ist perfekt. Der Kontakt zum Besitzer war sehr unkompliziert.

Het was een heel goed familiehuis, wij waren met 6 volwassenen en 3 kinderen. Het fijne was dat het gezin met kinderen de voorkant van t huis had,en de andere 2 stellen de achterkant. Er was een mooi terras aan de huiskamer ,het dakterras hebben we niet gebruikt ,was vervuild door meeuwenpoep,maar was ook erg groot,. Het was op loopafstand van 2 kleine prachtige strandjes, en de boardwalk naar Alvor was ongeveer 20 minuten. We konden gebruik maken van 2 zwembaden ,maar omdat de zee zo dichtbij was hebben we hier nauwelijks gebruik van gemaakt. Diana Meerman

A casa era espaçosa e confortável para comodar 10 pessoas. A cozinha está renovada e bem equipada.

Sentia-se um cheiro a esgoto durante toda a estadia, vindo essencialmente de um dos wc's que contaminava o ambiente de praticamente toda a casa. Todos os WC's tinham grandes pedaços de tinta a estalar, a necessitar de manutenção urgente! Não dispõe de churrasco, ao contrário do que se vê nas imagens do booking e do que é de expectar numa casa de praia nesta localização. Não oferece nenhum tipo de amenitie, nem sequer sabonete de mãos no lavatório.

Piękna okolica, bliskość do plaży, duży przestrzenny obiekt.

Pomimo pięknej okolicy i dużego przestronnego domu przez połowę spędzonego tam czasu mieliśmy okazję znajdować biegające karaluchy w kuchni, pokoju oraz jednej łazience. W jednej z łazienek można wyczuć ulatniający się nieprzyjemny zapach z rur.

Spacious. Nicely decorated. Good estate. Great location. Really nice beach.

No complaints I liked it.

Lovely quiet location, great terrace area, good room layout and ample living area.

Tha house and common spaces were really nice. Very close to the beach, although it was packed (beaches too full for our likes)

The only thing I would change is the bathroom towels, specially the size of the bath towel.. but everything else was great!

It’s a beautiful villa with nice interior. Located on the territory of a resort with a possibility to use several swimming pools. The beaches are fantastic, a short walk from villa.

There was a terrible smell in one of the bathrooms. I guess there is a problem with sewage or pipes. This was the main concern, because the smell was unbearable. The villa is advertised as having a bbq on the premises, but there is no bbq or grill. The villa is not beachfront, it is a good 500 m to the nearest beach, and no sea view. The wi-fi is very slow / non-existent.

Very little not to like but some essentials like trash bag liners, toilet paper, soap were missing.
