I liked the outdoor terrace and modern touch to the property.

The dog barking was at times disruptive and the smell of damp throughout the property especially in the living room was not pleasant. I wish they also provided us with a second key.

Everything was perfect and the accommodation was clean, spotless & very modern with everything needed to make our stay as relaxing as possible. The apartment is situated close to the heart of the town close to the old church, with many restaurants and bars close to hand and a supermarket less than 5 minutes walk with many smaller shops closer even still. Less than a 5 minute walk to the main harbour and town centre and a 10/15 minute walk to the beach. A big positive mention must go out to our hosts, Francesca/Joao who were so easily contactable and more than willing to be helpful with everything, including the best places to go to eat and they also left a complimentary bottle of wine, some fruit and bottled water which was very thoughtful and a nice welcoming touch. Will definitely return to visit and bring my wife the next time as myself and my mother had a wonderful time here.

Nothing bad to say whatsoever but only a small mention that there is a large construction of a new apartment complex going on nearby but it did not bother us in the slightest and it was very peaceful and quiet for the time we were there, both during the daytime and nighttime.

This was the perfect little terrace house tucked in a back street in the centre of Alvor. It was fully equipped with everything you'd need for a short or long stay. We loved the beautiful terrace, which we used despite visiting in February. The house is a short walk from the grocery store. There is a wonderful bakery just around the corner and you are a 1 minute walk from the "heart" of the town. You can reach the beach in about 10 minutes. The house itself is lovely - very traditional from the outside but with beautiful modern finishes inside.

Excellent location, right in the town and an easy 20 minute walk to the beach. The garden terrace was lovely to wake up to every morning and it was perfect for our family of 3.
