Quinta do Sobrado

The little guesthouse sits in the garden together with 3 others. It’s a nice setting with very friendly hosts. We got asparagus, lemons and oranges as a welcome treat.

We wanted to walk a bit but despite looking very green on the satellite view all is fenced up and private. Difficult even for a dog walk.

Unbelievable! The hosts we're amazing, the house was clean, warm, inviting, had everything you would ever need, we will be back for sure!

Nothing, the fact that we had to leave was a bummer!

Spacious and comfortable house. Good kitchen and bathroom and an outdoor area. Hosts were lovely, friendly and helpful

No electric kettle. Bed a bit too firm.

The place was amazing! The hosts were very lovely and welcoming, the apartment was great and the swimming pool too. The path towards the apartment was overgrown by a kiwi plant with hundreds of kiwis, which looked fairy tale-like.

If I have to name one small thing that could have been better, was the fact that there was no soap in the bathroom and no pepper and salt in the kitchen but we could easily arrange that ourselves.

It is a nice small studio and everything is clean and new.

The studio was smelling like an open sewer which was absolutely disgusting and it make me vomit twice. After that i was sick for some days of that smell...Also the electric stove did not work , we could not make it work.

I was basic no hand soap , no tea or coffee . it was budget accommodation but no budget price. it was advertised with pool but the pool was closed .. I booked because of pool so was very disappointed . w

The hosts were wonderful, providing us with asparagus they had grown on the farm and other fresh veg. We stayed in the two person studio which was very comfortable and had a great shower. It was warm enough to use the pool when we arrived. The entrance to the Quinta had remote gates so felt secure.
