Nice quiet location, away from the bar but close enough to walk everywhere

The van is in a quiet part of the park but within easy reach of the club house and the park ect for anyone staying here with their children. Communication with who's ever running the van was on point very quick to respond even yesterday morning when I messaged at 7:30am. The van was clean and tidy upon arrival with the beds been made up for us (bed linen is extra but thats the same for any van you hire) Thank you for a peaceful and stress free stay everything from sending the breakage deposit to getting the keys was plain sailing we would recommend to others thanks again

THE RESPONSE IS A LIE....I HAVE ALL THE SCREEN SHOTS OF EVERYTHING WE DIDNT LAY A FINGER INSIDE IT WAS ABSOLUTELY FOUL, WE HAVE SO MUCH PROOF THEY DO NOT HAVE A LEG TO STAND ON WHEN WE CONTACT TRADING STANDARDS, WE HAVE FOLLOWED ALL THE CORRECT PROCEDURES THIS IS OUR NEXT STEP, WE STAYED OUTSIDE THE CARAVAN WHILE WE TRIED TO GET ALTERNATIVE ACCOMMODATION WHILE MY TYPE 1 DIABETIC DAUGHTER WAS HAVINV A MEDICAL EMERGANCY. THE CRUMBS ON THE FLOOR WERE 1000000% FROM THEM AS THEY WERE ALL.OVER THE FILTHY HOLE RIDDLED TABLE CLOTH. MESSAGE ME IF YOU WOULD LIKE THE PROOF DO NOT TAKE HER REPLY AS THE TRUTH THIS IS TO COVER UP I PROMISE YOU!! I STARTED TO GET ANGRY YES BECAUSE THERE WAS NO EMPTHY, NO HELP, NO NOTHING AND WE HAD JUST TRAVELLED WITH 2 ASD CHILDREN TO THAT ABSOLUTE HELL HOLE! Nothing....we stayed for a few hours and that was outside as we felt that was safer than being inside this was to just try and arrange somewhere else to stay last minute and complain we didnt end up staying for our booked trip because of its condition and SMELL

The caravan is a health hazard! Absolutely filthy dirty, no hot water, i wouldn't expect someone i was keeping hostage to sleep and eat in there. The duvet and pillows they expected us to sleep with were covered in body fluid stains and mould and im pretty sure haven't been changed since the 80's, the SMELL when you walked into the caravan made us sick, the one bedroom in particular was horrendous it was a urine/poo smell very strong and unpleasant. The rest of the caravan wasn't clean, food crumbs everywhere, the microwave was rusting around the edges and food splattered inside, the kettle looked like it hadn't been cleaned since bought, the cutlery draw has food crumbs inside, the fridge was dirty, the sides were dirty, there was fingers prints and grease marks all over door handles and door frames showing vital touch points hadn't been cleaned from the previous god knows how many guests I straight away started talking to Rhiana through the app and she was the most unhelpful, un empathetic person I've ever dealt with telling me that the cleaner and owner said the van was clean and had no smell, we absolutely can not understand how this could be the case, we even have the back up from the caravan next door we asked them to come in and have a look so we have witnesses Rhiana advised if we didnt like it we should just go, after spending £306 on a 2 nights stay that we couldn't even stay for no help from anyone we had to go home with our 2 children who were excited for a break away and both have disabilities making the journey difficult anyway I will be taking this complaint as far as possible to get a FULL REFUND its absolutely disgusting how my money has been taken and the owners of this van think FALSE ADVERTISING (online pictures must be years old) and the conditions are acceptable I have over 30 photos and some videos im waiting to send over of this hell hole and here I can only add 4 I'll be spreading this far and...

Great caravan. Really good location lots to do around in and out of the site!
