communication to get the keys was complicated, the staff demanded us to arrive at a specific hour (although when you reserve booking gives you an interval). It’s not ok to threaten to fine guests according to some rules you create afterwards when the apartment is paid. I highly value flexibility when travelling since many unexpected things can come up and the staff unfortunately want you ro organize your vacation according to their schedule. The dishwasher was broken and the apartment is in need of renovation.

the view is to die for from balcony and bedroom, that is the number one like, waking up and looking at the view from the bed is amazing

the apartment is tired, it wouldnt take a lot to make it a lot better, a few hundred euros could make it a lot better, took us ages to understand the cooker setup as no instructions and the writing on the cooker is worn. Furnishings are tired, the bed sheets were stained, towels were very basic, kitchen could have been cleaner, lot of tired equipment. Couch isnt the greatest to chill at night, cushions could be a lot better, all in all it needs a good injection of money to upgrade. There was no point in complaining as again communication was difficult, probably more things i just cant remember right now, oh bath arae very tired. The internet broke, messaged right away and was fixed the following day. it was difficult to get the keys, unfortunately the girl we dealt with didnt speak english and we had to use apps on our phones to communicate or whatsapp, although the pictures on site show the car entrance where we were to get the keys the apartment is actually across the road and round the corner which isnt easy to understand through whatsapp or translation apps, not the girls fault as she is trying to do her job but not speaking english was hard. Im guessing going by reviews its mostly Spanish so i that instant communication wouldnt be a problem.
