the last room at the kitchen actually is no air cond and it was hot weather during our stay, no one can stay longer in that room! I will have to sleep at the living room on the sofa wt the fan for my holidays. The master room’s air cond was not cooling enough , will hv to turn on the fan as well. The water pressure in the shower room (in the middle) was really really low, but luckily we don’t need hot showers during our stay cause the weather was hot during our stay, but will advise the owner to put a long hose in the bathroom cause the pail is too small for shower.

Well equipped. Clean. Kitchen area well labelled. Thoughtful host, prepared snacks, bread and some stuffs. Strategic location, easy access. Covered parking area. Washing machine and drying rack available. Towel rack in each room. Bbq grill is available. Hot and cold water dispenser. Suitable for big family or group of 6-8 persons.

Garden is a bit unkept, exterior is a bit rundown. It would be more welcoming if the outside is bright and clean. Bathroom is the wet style or old style one.
