"Perfect"

Thank you so much Adrian and Jane for a lovely stay , fresh baked bread and jam on arrival, the property has everything you need and the enclosed garden space was perfect for our dog , the Denby Grange is a nice pub/restaurant a couple of minutes walk away, wouldn’t hesitate to stay again, friendly and relaxed hosts, keep up the good work Regards Sally , Dave and Reggie

We had a really peaceful and pleasant stay over Easter at this beautiful place. Adrian and Jane were the perfect hosts and the cottage was immaculately clean and comfortable, all on one level, and very well equipped with everything needed for our stay. The added touch of a freshly baked loaf and homemade marmalade on our arrival was so kind and tasted delicious. Thank you. The location is stunning and peaceful with horses and rabbits in the field, yet it’s not far from a very friendly pub serving delicious food and a selection of beers and wines.

Everything about my stay has been perfect from the meeting upon arrival by Jane and Adrian who are so friendly and helpful.....especially the loaf of still warm fresh bread and home made jam 😋 the facilities are excellent quality, super clean, and the outside space is amazing for relaxing in and for the dogs. .Highly recommend this amazing place.

Very warm and comfortable property, lots of natural light, very clean and very well equipped. Lots of space for the dog (a Newfoundland) to exercise securely. The accommodation has been finished to a very high standard.

Very comfortable, very well equipped & great hosts. Small supermarket nearby and pub dining very close by. Numerous footpaths in the immediate area for country walks. Very quiet location in a small village with good access to the wider area and places of interest. We would definitely stay here again
