The MONTENEGRO villa is located just 427 ft. from the sandy beach "Les Deveses", one of the best areas of Denia to enjoy its wide and quiet beaches with family or friends. Completely renovated in 2022, the capacity of the villa is for 12 people, distributed as follows: The exterior has a covered terrace with garden furniture and a large area by the pool to lie down and enjoy the sun, the pool and the barbecue. On the ground floor there is the living room, 4 bedrooms (two with single beds and two with double beds), all with ceiling fans, 2 bathrooms with shower, large kitchen open to the dining room with views of the outdoor terrace and the dining area. the pool. On the upper floor, 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds), both with air conditioning and a private terrace, as well as a bathroom with a shower.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
