Great place in superb location. Well recommended. Close to great bars and restaurants. Very clean and having your own garage was a bonus. 👍

I rented the appartement for my parents in law who are in their eighties. They had some difficulties finding the appartement but the hosts were really friendly to wait for them at arrival and show them the way into the appartement. The appartement is nicely located on ground floors and with a small outdoor place to relax. The appartement has all the required facilities for a longer stay.

Yes , I thought it was beautiful . By the second day I knew my way round Denia , it’s a lovey part of Spain .

The apartment was modern and bed was very comfortable. Nice welcome pack on arrival of the basics. Location is fantastic for shopping, eating and drinking, just a short walk to the port. The property came with undercover parking which was a short walk from the apartment but gave us peace of mind. Supermarkets close by. Host was very responsive to any questions we had.

Couldn’t leave windows open at night can be noisy with people talking right outside or load music from cars going past. There is a few road drain covers right outside that made some noise when cars went over them. Suppose it’s only to be expected so close to the main town.

The property is in a great central location but with its thick stone walls, feels very peaceful. The apartment is well equipped, the beds are comfortable, and the outside space is a bonus.

There are rings to cook on but we were surprised to find there is no oven.

Location extremely central and all shops close by. Restaurants only 5 mins away. Downtown Denia and port 10mins walk. Hard to beat this modern ground floor apartment which is beautifully finished.

Parking is not on site, so it is not easy to load / unload luggage without sitting with hazards on.l but locals dont seem to mind. Thankfully, the garage is only a 3 min walk away.
