Si bien es cierto que llovió mucho mas de lo habitual, también es cierto que entraba agua por las puertas y ventanas... Supongo que en dias normales eso no pasaría.

ESVery cozy 3bedroom semi-detached house on a single level. Very good garden for our furry friend and perfect afternoon sun. Spacious and well equipped. 3rd bedroom you enter through the back terrace and up some flights of stairs that have their own bathroom. Very clean. Since we were here in late nov, the streets are quiet but not too many restaurants open. 10min walk to a nice clean beach.
Property is a bit dated. Sheets and towels and pillows can all be renewed/changed as they felt very well used. Missing some coffee capsules, but there is a lidl around the corner. Sofa area is missing a coffee table to put coffee when watching TV. As it is pet friendly, the front gate could be secured a bit more as the gaps are big and smaller dogs can squeeze through them.

IEThe property was clean and comfortable, plenty of outdoor. In a very nice area and a 10 minute walk to the beach. Local restaurants. Close to the main roads leading to Denia town, 20 minutes drive.
No dishwasher. There was a lot of mosquitoes when we visited, hence I have lots of bites. Having two small dogs I would have like it if the front gate had been made more secure so that my little dog could not slip between the bars.
