"Lovely cottage with great location"

Fantastic location, only a few minutes walk down to the beach and seafront. The house was lovely and clean and spacious. Some small outdoor space would be nice.

The parking situation wasn't ideal as the road itself is usually fully parked up. We managed to get 1 car parked there one day, but the other car we had to park miles away and pay for parking. I do think this would be the case for most cottages in Filey though, and it wouldn't put us off staying there again.

"Great holiday in a lovely comfy cottage."

Great location. Spacious property. Beautiful rooms and bed linen. Accessing Netflix didn’t work.

Parking was like a lottery! Had to park a walk away and when did find a spot nearer didn’t want to move the car for fear of losing my place especially night before we need to load the boot.

"Excellent holiday stay with easy beach access (steps)"

Very well appointed cottage, lovely very large sitting area with log fire. Good kitchen. Very good “master bedroom” in extension (previously garage) with ensuite. 3 other smaller but comfortable bedrooms upstairs. Just 50m from steps down to the beach (about 80 steps down to beach level) and 200m, via backdoor to restaurants & shops.

Be aware there is only street parking and the street outside is normally full. We had 3 cars but it wasn’t actually a problem and we found free street parking for all of us within a minutes walk. The street itself is a dead-end as is the rear entrance so stopping for 5mins to unload isn’t a problem prior to then finding long term parking.
