I loved the fact that the gentleman who took my call was very friendly and kind with welcoming us to the apartment.

The bathroom was not clean and the beds were uncomfortable and not clean. The pillows had what looked like mould and under the sheets there was as if sand had been left on the bed possibly by the previous customer which had not been cleaned properly.
