Absolutely nothing satisfactory about cleanliness and management

Our stay at Zenith fleet apartment no.3 was an appalling disappointment and completely ruined the holiday. Upon arrival, the apartment was unbelievably filthy. We encountered: Disgusting bathrooms and toilets: visible dirty, pubic hairs, and grime on the toilet bowl. Unsanitary Kitchen: sticky surfaces, a hood dripping oil, and an oven that emitted a foul, unbearable stench that permeated the entire living area when opened. Filthy Floors: so dirty that our feet turned black after just two steps. Thick dirt accumulation: inches of grime on bedboards and wardrobes full of dust. Btoken shower: Pipe leaking from two sides and mouldy, hair - clogged drain Broken wardrobe drawer. The property owner was unhelpful, despite being promised a cleaning at 6 pm, we returned at 9.30pm to find the apartment in the exact same deplorable state. We were forced to buy cleaning supplies and deep- clean the entire apartment ourselves late at night, just to make it habitable. My child was so upset they wanted to fly home immediately. Booking.com support was equally unhelpful; I received automated messages and, when calling, was put on hold indefinitely before speaking to an unsupportive agent (Alaysia). This was an utterly unhygienic and unacceptable experience. The property is not fit for rent, not to mention that the bedrooms overlooked the dirty laundry room in full view and the living room window overlooked a yard full of junk. The lack of support from both the property and booking.com was shocking. Do not recommend both
