"Gute Wohnung, eine Matratze war sehr durchgelegen, die Zusatzkosten hätte ich gerne vorher gewusst."

Ich hätte gerne vorher gewusst dass die Heizungskosten dazukommen. Ebenso war ich über die Zusatzkosten von 5 Euro am Tag für die Gemeinde überrascht. Zum Schluss hätte ich noch die gesamten Stromkosten bezahlen sollen obwohl ich nur 1Std.die Klimaanlage benutzt habe.

"Peaceful. The house is comfortable and secure. Wholly stress free."

The house is in a small neighbourhood. An electrically powered gate at the entrance to the community means that there are no passing vehicles. There is a parking spot by the house which avoids any parking disputes. House has modern double glazing and shutters to keep the temperature stable and assure of privacy. Everything - power, hot water, heating, stove, internet - worked without faults or interruptions.
