Very close to the roadside Spacious side land Equipped with smart TV connected to WiFi Ample pillow and blankets Clean

Nothing at all. Maybe...the location. It's quite far from Gerik town. But its ok.

No air cond in hall n dinning room. hardly can sit in the hall... so HOT. Suggest to plant trees instead of bare plot. Floor sticky n dusty.
