20 Tudor Court " Four Star AA accommodation"

Car park in need of total overhaul and thanks to trolley provided by our host getting luggage to the property would have been a challenge for us oldies .

Clean, well equipped accommodation with a welcome basket of goodies and some fridge provisions, too - that was a lovely surprise! Beds were comfortable, towels for everyone, kitchen superbly ready for visitors. I cannot fault the place, I highly recommend!

Nothing with the accommodation. The "resort" staff was lovely, shop with anything you might need, a little restaurant on site. The swimming pool was too busy though and water cold.

- very comfortable beds - Lovely quiet location - Arrival hamper with essentials and goodies - Well stocked with equipment/essentials - Warm and welcoming - WiFi was fantastic - Clean and comfortable lounge/dining area - the recliner was a great touch - Washer / drier worked really well for a small load of washing. - The hot water tap instead of a kettle was a great time-saving piece of equipment - Fantastic location, got the train from St Erth to St Ives for a great day out, a short drive over to the arcade at Penzance and we could walk to the beach/pasty shop!

This is a great place for a family stay. Very easy to find and access. The host was excellent, very helpful and quick to respond to any questions.

Great accommodation and everything you might need for the family. Comfortable, warm and cosy.

The house had everything we required and more. The area downstairs was very well planned with a comfortable reclining chair and a corner sofa. Also, a good sized dining table and chairs. The kitchen is very well equipped and, unlike many holiday lets, everything in it worked! The ‘welcome pack’ was a nice touch but they also provided dishwasher tabs, hand soap, laundry detergent, dishcloths etc. I would not hesitate to recommend this property if you enjoy holiday parks and the facilities they offer, go for it, you will not be disappointed.

The houses are quite close together but we knew this from the outset and it definitely wasn’t an issue for us. There is outdoor seating provided as well as a BBQ and screens for privacy should you wish to use them.

Loved staying at 20 Tudor Court, gorgeous 3 bed house which was very very well equipped. It had everything you could need and more. Thank you so much for the hamper and essentials which included bread, milk, eggs, butter, orange juice, cereal, cake, chocolate, crisp. So thoughtful of the host would highly recommend and will definitely be staying there on our next trip. Its close to lots of beaches and shops. Perfect location and perfect house!
