Ideal location, lovely lodge had everything we needed for our stay. Both Ian & Keran were lovely, very friendly and knowledgeable. The Warwickshire bear flag was a lovely touch 😀

There wasn’t anything to “ not like “

The location was good - rural but within easy reach of town and the hosts were very friendly & helpful. The property was comfortable and had what I needed for the few days I was there.

the idea of the place. the outside space to sit in good weather. however, very tired, in need of a lot of Love & attention. weeds growing across decking. plants taking over the area, blocking any light of sunshine & view. size not too big, cosy.

The place was dirty. dead flies in longs and bedroom, obviously not been hoovered or swept before letting. plants/weeds over grown not kept nice. damp smell in bathroom & bedroom. can opener did not work. owner replaced with a dirty old one. tea towels still attached to each other therefore not pre washed. towels looked liked the owners throw outs. Dining table unstable. chest of drawers broken could not use 2. drawers. whole place needs cleaning & decorating. old & tired. more photos to add!!
