Location was great Big rooms

Car parking can be an issue Small washing machine Could do with a notice for when bins can go out

Location was fabulous, easy to get to the train station to reach at Ives, beautiful local beaches.

One of the en-suite bathroom was not clean on arrival. Also bbq was not able to be used as it was not clean.

The house was beautiful and catered for all ten of us easily.

Could have done with an hot tub to really nail it but that's just me been picky 🙃

The kitchen was amazingly well equipped. Welcome package was really good soap/fairy liquid supplies in the kitchen very handy. Saved buying massive packets of everything. Lots of games in the games room and lots of top quality fiction and non fiction books to read. Room for 2 cars provided and easy parking along the road for a third one. Nice pub and bistro nearby which we made use of.

Could have done with a few more teaspoons but that's nit picking! No shops within walking distance but we did know this in advance and plenty of supermarkets nearby to choose from.

Perfect location for Hayle and St Ives, Perranporth is only a 30 minute drive away. The house is very clean with all the facilities you need.

Not enough sofa space in front room for 10 people. All doors were on a spring, which caused them to bang loudly if you didnt hold hem whilst closing, very difficult for small children.
