Very clean and good location

Sam was very helpful giving lots of information.

There were some previous negative comments about parking but we have a large car and had no issues.

Beautiful house, Hayle has a extremely underrated beach.

I can recommend this rental to you, the house is really beautiful and comfortable, but until you go to bed, since there is no air conditioning in the house, in the summer you have to sleep with the windows open, but unfortunately you will not be able to sleep, because due to the lack of needles on the roof, all the seagulls will sit right on your roof) After your departure, after 4 hours they may send you a video of coffee flowing down the wall, and accuse you of damaging the wall! And don't forget to wash the sheets and blankets after yourself, because sweat stains remain after you) and I almost forgot about the blinds, for which, according to him, we will have to pay, which, as he said, we tore, although we did not touch them, there is much more that this owner tried to trick us into paying extra, I could write for a very long time!

Great place to stay. Close to Lidle. Comfy beds. Clean and tidy. Sam allowed us to get in an hour earlier, which was great after a 7 hour car drive. Everything available for our stay.

Parking was a tight squeeze to get into, but I have a big car, ok for a smaller one. Would be good to have a washing machine if staying longer.

Excellent house for a family stay while exploring Cornwall. The home is comfortable, well-located, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The host was fantastic—very responsive and great with communication, which made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend!
