Sehr geräumig, zentral und gut ausgestattet. Bei klarem Wetter hat man einen wunderbaren Blick auf den Pico. Zudem hört man das Meeresrauschen.

La localisation parfaite, proche du centre mais au calme Vue sur mer et sur le Pico quand il veut bien se montrer Maison bien équipée et décorée avec goût Literie confortable

Humidité, mais c'est le jeu aux Açores et des déshumidificateurs sont présents dans le logement (à vider tous les jours)

Tout. Emplacement de rêve face au Pico. La maison est joliment décorée, l'extérieur avec sa terrasse fleurie est superbe. Il y a une tres bonne boulangerie à 100 m pour le petit-déjeuner (et snacks) et la Marina est à 10 minutes à pied. Un grand merci à Filipa pour son accueil et sa flexibilité.

Peut-être prévoir des oreillers supplémentaires

"Maison charmante avec une vue magnifique"

La maison est très bien située, près de la jolie plage de Porto Pim avec une vue sur Pico magnifique 🤩 Terrasse avec BBQ très agréable. Ventilateurs mis à disposition. Bonne communication avec Filipa.

La maison a dû subir une désinfection et traitement des cafards quelques semaines avant notre arrivée. Nous avons retrouvé quelques cafards agonisants dans la maison… Filipa nous a expliqué que le problème vient des égouts de la rue. Elle a déposé une plainte à la mairie. Le problème devrait donc être bientôt réglé. Un wc supplémentaire serait appréciable.
