Kathu Waterfall Bungalow

Was a bit of a mix up but Orawan sorted it out excellantly. The room we did end up with was very nice. And Orawan was lovely.

We had booked a larger room but received a message saying they had overbooked on the bungalow and would i take a smaller bungalow. No problem but when we got there someone was in the room. Orawan turned up straight away resolved the problem, which was just a misunderstanding on her part, and insisted we accept a refund of nearly £20. As we only paid £38 for the 2 nights thought that was very nice. Also she brought us some biscuits and bread as a gift. Just a quick note on the actual waterfalls, they are very unkept and a bit of a let down.

First of all, I have to mention the host, who was incredibly friendly, cooperative, kind, and hospitable—a truly warm-hearted and generous person. The location is ideal, situated in a calm area surrounded by a beautiful, peaceful forest, making it perfect for relaxation. It’s conveniently located within a good distance from both Phuket Town and Patong, as well as gorgeous beaches like Kata Noi, especially if you have a motorbike. The constant sounds of birds add to the tranquility and are truly enjoyable. The property itself is wonderful, with a spacious balcony for relaxing and a large, beautiful courtyard. The AC worked perfectly, and the WiFi was superb—fast and stable. The shower was excellent, with great water pressure, and free shower gel was provided. The space was exceptionally clean, and the facilities were top-notch. The kitchen had everything you need to cook your own meals, and the beds were very comfortable.

There was not a single negative point.

The place was tried needs redone, no microwave, small cooker old furniture, I paid for up grade but didn't get it. even I paid for it, my apartment didn't over look the waterfall or pound ,very disappointed.

Nice quiet location. A lot of nature around. Quite reasonable size room and good parking, bikers side and car space outside. There are some good restaurants around. The best one is from the property turn left and the first restaurant on your left hand side. Great menu and tasty food. There is also a friendly cat coming from next door. Very friendly host
