Summer retreat

A 30 minute drive from Kotor, on the other side of Kotor Bay, is this charming residence in a relatively quiet area, with its own private bathing area. Run by a young lovely family, who go out of their way to help you, this location includes two bedrooms with two bathrooms, a living area and kitchen, making it a very comfortable stay. Just across the road, one has a dedicated beach area in a beautiful surrounding.

The only negative point is that one has to pay in cash. Otherwise, the experience was truly positive and we had no other issues with the property or the host.

Habitaciones amplias con aire acondicionado y dos baños, perfecto para una familia de 5 como nosotros. La cercanía al mar, con la terraza con tumbonas a pie de playa. Supermercado a menos de 1 km. La cocina tenía todo lo que se puede necesitar para una corta estancia y la dueña nos dejó agua, vino y una cesta con aperitivos suficiente para cenar la noche que llegamos. Un buen detalle que tienen en pocos sitios.

Quizás en las fotos no se aprecia que la terraza con tumbonas no forma parte de la casa. Se encuentra cruzando la carretera por un paso de peatones que nadie respeta. En Montenegro casi nadie respeta los pasos de peatones, hay que tener mucho cuidado con esto. Algunas cosas de la casa no estaban acorde a la calidad del resto: la mesa redonda de la cocina se tambaleaba y parecía caerse si una persona apoyaba los codos; la cristalera de aluminio de la escalera parecía que llevaba una cortina que habían quitado y dejaba ver todas las cintas de obra de cuando se instaló el aluminio. Daba la apariencia de estar en reforma. Aparecieron hormigas en el fregadero. Hay que tener cuidado con eso,

Het is fantastisch schoon en netjes en de mensen zijn ontzettend vriendelijk en gastvrij. Er is van alles aanwezig in het huis!

Sucht man nach einer Unterkunft in der Nähe von Kotor, sollte man dieses wunderbare Ferienhaus buchen. Wir wurden von dem überaus netten Vermieterpaar, welches im Haus nebenan wohnt und bei Problemen jederzeit ansprechbar ist, herzlichst begrüßt. Wein und kleine Naschereien verstärkten unsere Freude nach der etwas längeren Anreise von Podgorica noch zusätzlich. Die Wohnung ist bestens ausgestattet, wobei bei hohen Temperaturen vor allem die gut funktionierende Klimaanlage hervorzuheben ist. In der Küche fehlt es an nichts, so dass man sofort loskochen kann (wenn man das im Urlaub möchte). Sehr gern wurde von uns der private Badeplatz genutzt. Für jedes Familienmitglied stand eine Liege zur Verfügung. 2 große Schirme schützten vor der Mittagssonne. Vom Ferienhaus aus unternahmen wir Ausflüge in verschiedene Richtungen. Kotor ist gut zu erreichen. In der Ferienzeit sollte man allerdings Zeit mitbringen, da sich vor der Stadt gern der Verkehr staut und freie Parkplätze schwer zu finden sind. Da hat man es in der Ferienwohnung besser, wo ein Platz für den Mietwagen immer zur Verfügung stand. Für uns waren es perfekte 10 Urlaubstage. Ein großes Dankeschön an Sanja und Vuksan.

Мы останавливались в этом домике и остались в полном восторге. Всё было чисто, уютно и максимально продумано для комфортного проживания. Особенно порадовали три кондиционера — на первом этаже и два на втором совсем не было духоты, даже в жару. Очень удобно, что была вся необходимая посуда, гриль и угли, для малышки нам предоставили детскую кроватку очень удобную, деревянную с опускающимся бортиком. Отдельно хочется отметить частный пляжик с отдельным заходом в воду — это просто мечта! Спокойствие, чистота, возможность искупаться в любое время — не описать словами. Нам всё очень понравилось, обязательно приедем снова.

We already had a wonderful vacation in Montenegro, so we had a clear idea of what we wanted this year. The house in Lipci met all our needs: a quiet place, first line, its own beach, a separate house with a large terrace, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The reviews also inspired us, but the reality was much cooler, starting with a warm welcome at the airport, nice and very tasty compliments at check-in, ending with hugs and gifts at parting. Literally everything pleased us: clean, cozy house, where you are at home. Thought out to the smallest details of life - just as for yourself! The hosts a young couple - nice, delicate, attentive and very friendly people. For three weeks we had time to really get close and said goodbye as if we were best friends. The time of serene life spent in this wonderful place, with morning, afternoon and evening swimming, leisurely sitting on the terrace, late barbecues in our lower patio - it was amazing!!! Special thanks go to the delivery of fish caught especially for us! Very testy! Thank you for unforgettable holiday ! We dream of doing it again!

Everything was great! No complaints at all!

Property is nice and big and has everything you need. Great view from the balcony. Nice big TV. Hosts provided snacks and even a couple bottles of local wine!

Not a fault of the property, but you will need a car to get around.

The host were excellent. The accommodation was excellent. And if you have a car then the location was excellent to explore from.
