When it's wet, it's not good for people with walking sticks Found it a bit hard to find grip, and the grass was a bit long for walking, sticking, lifting your feet
IEBeautiful, clean , conveniently located beside a supermarket and cafe, easy check in! And the continental breakfast was a lovely touch! Will definitely be returning!

AUBeautiful cottage and stay will differently recommend this place if your planning to stay in this area. Very impressive facility. Easy to find with parking onsite. 5 stars from me.👍🏼
NZStayed at this property December 2022 and impressed then. Returning, it was great the high standard of service and care has continued. The continental breakfast was a nice surprise. I hadn't thought that far ahead.

NZCotman Cottage is such a delightful, cozy hideaway.It’s very clean and very comfortable.Love the animals around,horses,rabbit,hens and saw a pukeko. The hosts were very friendly and Lorraine even took me to my wedding venue in Hobsonville free of charge.A very beautiful holiday spot!!
Just an unusual noise coming from the shower intermittently at night, not sure if it was because I didn’t turn it off properly. Maybe a full length mirror and a couple of coat hangers would be great, but otherwise very special place.
NZClean fresh & copy! Super secure 1 room tiny house. Great sound proofing. Good coffee lots of drink choices, lovely cookies. Not the Hilton, but definitely a fab place to stay. I'll be back next time I need to stay up that way for sure 🥰👍
If I had to say one thing that some people may not like. The hand basin wasn't huge, but it was definitely big enough for washing your hands. & it's a tiny home. It definitely won't stop me from coming back. Thanks guys for a great stay
