The property was materially misrepresented. Specifically, the listing stated that the accommodation had 3 bedrooms, whereas upon arrival it was clear that it had only 2 bedrooms. This discrepancy is not minor — it fundamentally alters the suitability and value of the accommodation. As such, the property was not as described and not fit for the purpose for which it was booked. For this reason: • We did not stay at the property at all (0 nights stayed) • We left immediately upon discovering the discrepancy

Location was good. Rooms/bathroom were clean.

The top of the stairs felt unsafe, the floor was very bouncy. They are also quite slippery which my son fell down. The beds and pillows were super hard. I felt like there were so many rules when you open the house manual. I.e no talking to locals. I thought this was very odd. No loud noises or you will get charged. Strict check out, or you will get charged Etc

Loved the location and the general feeling of the rooms, the sliding doors and the table.

When we booked it, the booking said there were three bedrooms - there were only two, and we had to convert the dining room into an ad hoc bedroom for our third member.
