The traditional style of the house was very comfortable. We felt more local and not likes hotel.

"Lovely house in minimalist Japanese style, perfect to unwind from the busy touristic attractions."

I loved the minimalist Japanese style of the house, which is what we were looking for. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, while allowing you to experience how's everyday life in a normal Japanese town. Yet, it was close enough to public transport and touristic highlights not to feel stranded far away. There is even a fruit and vegetables market nearby and the Family Mart is not more than 10 minutes walk.

Maybe the couch in front of the TV could be softer, but we barely used it.
