Convenient place to stay in Kyoto! The neighbourhood is really quiet, the place has comfortable sleeping arrangements. It is located within walking distance to the train station and a few convenience shops.

"Pretty basic, ok place."

Location was good, tatami room was nice.

Was not so nice on entering to see stains on the futon in the living room. Could have done with a cover. The beds in the back room are very soft and to my taste uncomfortable. The air conditioning unit in the back bedroom needs repair because it buzzes a lot keeping you awake. Kitchen could do with more equipment including cutlery. Overall expect quite basic accommodation, could do with some pictures on the wall or something to make it more homely.
