Ukupan dojam je odličan, objekat opremljen svim potrebitim. Malo koji apartman ima perlicu rublja dok ovaj ima.. Lokacija na mirnom i lijepom mjestu.Sve pohvale domačinu za gostoprimstvo.

The house is lovely and spacious, with good facilities and a wonderful and communicative host, who was extremely helpful when needed. A nice little touches of welcome biscuits, ground coffee, lots of towels and a bottle of mineral water on arrival.

The property's remote location is something we liked very much but it might not be for those who do not have a car rental as it is required for enjoying this property fully. Haven't tried the taxis but might get pricey if they are needed multiple times a day.

The house was very clean and the views from the varanda were amazing. The main bedroom was very spacious. The communication with the owners was excellent. The house was fully equipped.

The pool/garden was not quite we would expect and the air conditioning could be better. But overall a good place to stay to explore the area, especially Labin and Rabac. Avoid Piccolo Paradiso restaurant in Rabac - the food and service was just awful!

The location, a small grouping of buildings set away from the main village, is wonderful. Very quiet and secluded with the house tucked right out on the tip of a small promontory overlooking hilly woodlands and a lovely view of the sea near Rabac in the distance. Both the upstairs terrace and downstairs covered patio area are nice and open right off the upstairs bedroom and downstairs living room, respectively. The house was very clean with a pleasant scent, tastefully decorated, and the rooms are very light and cosy. Everything we might have needed (iron, hairdryer, washing machine, coffee, etc.) was there and ready to go. The nearby town of Labin is very pretty and convenient too. A 10-minute drive from the house gets you to three or four large grocery stores, drugstores, restaurants and whatnot. Though we didn't meet the host in person, his communication was very cordial and welcoming, and he assured us that if we should need anything during our stay, he was ready to assist. We felt right at home and would definitely stay here again.

While the upstairs rooms are plenty dark at night, there is a lamp out front that casts a fair amount of light through the kitchen and entry windows. Some sleepers on the downstairs pullout sofa may find it bothersome, though it's nothing a sleeping mask can't easily remedy.

Last house in the small locality - very quiet, (except the morning cocks in neighborhood :-)

There was a lack of kitchen dishes of small and medium size.
