Technische Ausstattung (z.B. WC-Ventilation) nicht ganz störungsfrei. Nur 1 Raum klimatisiert. Kein Empfang von TV-Sendern oder Radioprogrammen.

Bellissima casa in un villaggio poco fuori Ponta Delgada. Ottima posizione con vista sul mare, casa luminosa e ben attrezzata. Il meglio sì gode dalla terrazza. Pulitissima. Pedro Super disponibile

Pedro è stato molto gentile e disponibile. La struttura 3 piani vista mare. Al primo piano si trovano 2 camere da letto e un bagno con doccia. Il secondo piano ha salotto con cucina e un bagno di servizio. Il terzo piano un salottino con bagno di servizio con terrazza - il divano può diventare letto.

L'aria condizionata è presente solo al terzo piano. Il piano terreno non dispone ne di aria condizionata ne di zanzariere. Inoltre la porta d'ingresso in vetro lascia entrare molta luce, è necessario quindi dormire chiusi in stanza con il ventilatore. Il parcheggio disponibile è quello pubblico in strada; negli orari di punta del ristorante diventa complesso parcheggiare.

Lovely and big house, with 2 bedrooms and an extra room with a sofa bed. 3 bathrooms too, modern, clean, and Pedro was very friendly.

WiFi only worked on the middle floor (kitchen/living room). This wasn't a problem at all for us.

Good location for travelling round the island. Kitchen made cooking at home really easy for an affordable trip. Roof terrace beautiful on an evening

Maybe needs some maintenance- upstairs blinds, shower tray etc

Located in the very center of the island, a perfect base point to discover all the attractions. Ground floor has two bedrooms+ bath, first floor living room and kitchen + toilet, third floor terrace. Apartment is located right on the waterfront and has a fantastic view. Everything was clean and functioned perfectly. Nice fish restaurant nearby at walking distance . Plenty of free parking space within a range of 50-100m.

Granite road a bit noisy when cars pass by, but still a quiet neighborhood with very low traffic.

A great place to stay on Saou Miguel. In the middle of the island so everywhare you have similar distance. An apartment itself is beautiful and comfortable. 2 badrooms at the first floor, kitchen with a living room and balcony at 2nd and a huge tarace on 3rd. And that miracoul views at the ocean! The apartment is equipped with everything is needed during the stay. There are restaurants and shops nearby.

It is quite noisy. We stayed 10 nights there. During 4 out of 10 days there were noisy parties around. Badrooms located on the first floor are next to the street which started to be noisy from the early morning. But - these where minor inconviniences comparing with the comfort and view the apartment offers.

Fantastic ocean view, Availability of free parking, Apartamet was well equipped, Tarace on third floor.

Everything was fine

My husband and I loved everything about this property. While the first thing that we noticed was the stunning views of the location, the second thing that stood out was the cleanliness of the property (which is huge for me). Pedro was an incredible host who went above and beyond for us. He was always so helpful, friendly, and beyond accommodating for any need we had.
