C06 - Water Tower Townhouse

I love the apartment and its vibe was great. I would love to go there again

The apartment was spacious and generally clean. It had a nice terrace or a balcony on each floor, where you could eat and rest with beautiful view. The internet and TV worked perfectly. I liked that the host replaced the broken toaster. We enjoyed the swimming pool next to the apartment.

There were lots of little ants in the apartment. However, after we'd asked the host to get rid of them, they gave us an insecticide (after a day or two) which successfully scared the ants away. We also didn't like the chemical smell in the bathroom and in the toilet. There were only 3 mugs in the kitchen.

I really liked the pool(it was very close), washing machine, towels(2 per person), the terrace, extra shower gel they gave, the balcony.

Some kitchen cabinets were a little dirty, the lack of the soap in the bathrooms, too little toilet paper for 5 days stay.

Fairly good value for the money. Looks like the property improved over the year (no ants or cockroaches observed). Downstair shower didn’t work

No room light whatsoever. Called three times to the emergency assistance number, nobody picked. Wrote a direct message, no reaction. Pool not clean, my children cleaned it before swimming

Very pleasant and comfortable accommodation.
