Your Vintage Townhouse

Close to everything! You really don’t need a car to stay here, beach and restaurants all a short walk away. Central to other areas if you do have a car like Sagres and Albufeira. Pedro is an awesome host and tells you great places to check out, and the place itself is beautiful and so functional! Loved it.

Todos los detalles de la casa, la calidad de los productos (nos recibió con fruta, pasteles de Belém y vino fresquito); y materiales (gel, champú, café, toallas, cama, etc); la amabilidad y consejos de Pedro....... De verdad, una auténtica pasada

Imposible encontrar algún elemento que no nos gustase. Todo lo tiene perfectamente controlado al detalle

Pedro went above and beyond, was very generous with special local treats, as well as being very generous with his time and recommendations. The house is absolutely gorgeous and cool quirky - we loved it!

Everything was fantastic

The owner takes great care of the apartment and great pride in hosting guests. He was very friendly and made great recommendations on things to do and see in the area. All of his recommendations were awesome and spot on as his family has lived in Lagos for many generations. Our only wish is that we had more time to see and eat at the other places he recommended.

The location was just what we wanted, inside the old town but far enough away from the thriving night life to walk home easily after having a great night out. Our host Pedro couldn’t have been more helpful starting with our warm welcome, helping us get the best parking and rates, his local and regional touring tips and being available to answer a couple of ad hoc questions via WhatsApp. The apartment is beautifully decorated with functional and quirky furniture and lighting, modern electrical appliances and a very welcome washing machine and air dryer. It has a full kitchen with all the amenities you would use at home and has a coffee machine and tea bags of various varieties. There is a number of mini markets in the neighbourhood or a bigger (but not huge) Spar 7 minutes walk away. The private balcony/terrace is a delightful getaway spot after a full day touring and a great spot for a takeaway or a home cooked dinner. Be mindful that if you have mobility issues the terrace is accessed by a steep staircase/ladder but we had no issues transferring meals and drinks to that little haven. We would have no hesitation in referring our friends here. Our favourite stay so far this trip 4 weeks in. Thanks Pedro.

Absolutely nothing

Vintage Townhouse is an excellent place to stay that is conveniently located from both the heart of the city and parking. It has a cute terrace, washing machine, and kitchen. However, what truly made our stay special was the host. From carefully curated decor to spot on recommendations to authentic experiences, Pedro makes you feel like you have a friend in Lagos. He crafts a portal into his world that reveals the historical layers of the city that you would never otherwise know. He also went out of his way to help us navigate parking and toll issues. This was our favorite stay in Portugal, and we cannot recommend Vintage Townhouse enough!
