De locatie.

Wunderschöne, kleine Anlage mit ca. 14 Apartments; alle mit privatem Terrassenbereich oder Balkon. Auch von den Terrassen im Erdgeschoss hat man noch Blick aufs Meer; zumindest im Sommer 2025 noch (relative rege Bautätigkeit in der Umgebung). Der Garten mit Pool lädt zum Relaxen, Lesen, ... unter Palmen ein. Ca. 15 Minuten vom Meer / Strand gelegen (zu Fuß), in die Altstadt läuft man ca. 30 Minuten (durch Wohngegend) oder 1-1,5 Stunden an der traumhaften Küste entlang.

Luis, our host, was very kind and helpful. Excellent location, very close to the beach. Great views of the ocean. Nice poolside area. Quiet.

Room interior design and comfort

The property and pool is fantastic. My room opened up right to the pool, which was perfect after a warm day. Location is just a short walk to the beach and 2 restaurants. The family that owns the property is very nice and helpful. They offered waters and a variety of snacks which was a pleasant surprise

You need to time your check in accordingly. I arrived and had to try to find someone to let me in. Once I figured it out it was okay, but be precise about your check in time so someone is available.

The view out the window was exceptionally good. Loved the decor in the common areas.

Décor out dated and mattress wasn’t comfortable at all but the size of the mattress was good.
