Wir wurden herzlich im Königreich Bayern auf Koh Samui empfangen. Man muss sagen Walter ist eine n bayrisches Urgestein, der tief in Koh Samui verwurzelt ist, und gerne auch bei der Reiseplanung mit seiner Expertise hilft. Unsere Unterkünfte waren sehr sauber und ruhig gelegen. Ein preiswerter und gut organisierter Rollerverleih runden die Unterkunft ab.

Тихое спокойное место для комфортного отдыха вдали от шума и суеты. Очень удобно добираться на мотоцикле(авто). Рядом есть супермаркет и laundry. Отзывчивые и вежливые владельцы.

So glad we picked here to stay Aell a wonderful host with very good English and the driving force at Gila’s Garden, named after her daughter. Walter from Munich makes good German food and coffee. Gila’s garden is set back from the main road only has a Tops supermarket at the end of their road and a good restaurant Isara with a pool across the road open until 9am. You can walk to Grandfather and Grandmother rocks from here and it is worth paying 20 baht to go to the viewpoint to see Lamai beach, which we also walked too. The next 3 days we hired a motorbike at Gila’s for 200 baht and travelled around the island making us really appreciate where we were staying. Aell organised a taxi to take us to the ticket office and then to the ferry.

Our last night English travellers not adhering to Gila’s notice of quiet after 10pm. We had an early start and they woke me up larking about and then arguing in the middle of the night!
