Location and number of bedrooms/bathrooms. Very happy with the downstairs bedroom with on-suite for my elderly mother. Nice little garden. Options of dining areas. Great top room with choice of bed and lovely on-suite.

Couldn’t get the tellys to work - very little information on heating/hot water as one morning we didn’t have either (apart from showers). Mattress protectors heavily stained in the room nearest the family bathroom. Very dangerous on-suite to back bedroom with the step.

Location was perfect. An easy walk to everything.

Property needs updating. Decor and furniture very tired. Beds uncomfortable. The house was very reasonably priced and enough beds for seven of us as there were 13 beds although a bit cramped downstairs for seven to sit together.

The house was big and the beds were spotless and very comfortable

The kitchen could have been cleaner and I think the whole house could do with redecorating as its been a wee bit neglected on the whole we had a very pleasant stay

Bedroom at the back on the first floor windows not opening. Ensuite too small toilet seat loose.

the pits and pans on the kitchen were a bit tired

the property had dead blue bottles on the bedroom floors and window sills.There was nowhere to hang your clothes as the rail was broken and left on the floor.One bedroom had a blind that you weren’t even able to close as it was broken and all hanging to one side.
