"Mauvais matelas et accueil détestable."

Emplacement correct.

Mauvais matelas qui devraient avoir été changés. Télé-accueil détestable par un intermédiaire qui se décharge des tâches administratives sur nous et nous envoie un lien sur un site en italien pour téléverser des photos de nos papiers d'identité recto et verso, ce qui s'avère impossible malgré plusieurs essais qui nous font perdre notre temps de voyage. Appelé au téléphone, il ne parle pas l'anglais et n'échange que par whatsapp et traduction automatique. Finit par accepter nos photos par whatsapp et se charge de ces premières formalités. Ensuite refuse de fournir les indications pour entrer tant que nous n'avons pas payé en ligne la taxe de séjour (en donnant des information de carte de crédit à un site inconnu). Manque de la politesse la plus élémentaire dans les échanges. Que le propriétaire choisisse un autre gestionnaire au lieu de laisser maltraiter ses clients.

"Estancia comodísima"

Todo estaba limpísimo,las sábanas eran excelentes, suaves y de muy buena calidad. El personal estaba muy atento. Compramos una botella de vino y nos trajeron un sacacorchos. La cocina estaba muy bien equipada. Todo excelente

Location is perfect, easy check in. Room was clean with nice terrace on the top floor and parking area

Mattress in the master bedroom is ruined and needs to be replaced

It was very clean and had most of what we needed. The balcony was nice to have.

Check-in was challenging. After that, everything was great. I could suggest a coffee maker ☕️

"Great location with big terrace"

Great apartment with all you need, nice kitchen, big terrace, great location near supermarkets and close to the city center.

Just a little boring the check in process, but nothing serious.
