Я уже не в первый раз здесь останавливаюсь. Очень добросовестная хозяйка, всегда отвечает на сообщения и старается помочь. В квартире очень чисто, в том числе белье и полотенца, кровать удобная. Есть хороший большой холодильник с морозилкой, газовая плита с 4 комфорками (без духовки), на кухне есть посуда (тарелки, сковородки, кастрюли, чашки, приборы). Есть смарт тв, можно смотреть Youtube, Netflix и т.д. Местоположение центральное. Хорошо работает кондиционер, тихий и хорошо охлаждает, что летом очень важно, инструкции по пользованию присылаются по заселению. Окно выходит во двор, поэтому тут так же очень тихо.

На кухне нет спичек и зажигалки для плиты, нужно брать с собой.

Location comodissima Martina la proprietaria non l'abbiamo vista ma telefonicamente sempre disponibile, parcheggio in zona facile da trovare a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro, ci ha fatto trovare dei taralli è pasticciotti una delizia anche perché hanno un forno in piazza s. Oronzo grazie di tutto Martina.

"Great location and value for money, but the bed ruins the stay"

Martina was so great host and we could communicate with her easy and fine. The place is 8-10 minutes from city center, so enough near to reach quickly but also far enough not to be in crowd

this is more about the building where the room is located not the review of the room - the elevator was not working every time or we needed to go in two groups (one parent+one child) event we didn't crossed the limits of the elevator capabilities
