Casa Florean Centro Storico Lecce

The location was perfect & the property was clean & well organized

We were unaware that Lecce is a historic town which had strict conditions about parking. Unbeknown to us we had breached the parking conditions of the town & received a fine. I think the website for this property should provide information regarding parking a car.

Beautiful house, very rustic with ultra modern conveniences. Location on the edge of the old town making it a joy to walk around.

Location is fabulous for accessing the train and the Centro Storico. The beautiful stone house is really spacious for 2 (we didn’t need to use the 2nd bedroom or ensuite). Loved sitting at the big kitchen table and the de-humidifier unit did an excellent job keeping the interior comfortable. A great 5 nights of quiet sleep in a great bed, with drapes keeping out the morning sun.

The host, Silvia, was very responsive and flexible. Based on Silvia's recommendation, we took Airshuttle from the Brindisi airport to the apartment. The apartment is an easy 8-minute walk from the train station and a 10-minute walk to Centro Storico. There were many coffee shops and restaurants nearby. The apartment is spacious. It was a very comfortable stay for the four of us.

The bathroom had a sewer smell. We left the window opened. The smell lessened slightly but still lingered

Well located within old town. Free parking within five minute walk. Large. Good AC.

A bit damp.

The house had character, was spacious and master bedroom was very comfortable. It was great having 2 bathrooms.

There was a damp odour throughout and the whole place was quite dark. The fan in the second bedroom was too noisy to use making it very difficult to sleep.

Good location to explore Lecce and the beaches and towns nearby. Its big and spacious. Everything is well decorated and very clean with all the essentials in a house. The communication with the owner was very efficient and smooth. Thankfully it had air con!

As it is in the historic part of Lecce you cannot take the car inside so you will need to park elsewhere and carry your suitcases. There was loads of humidity in the apartment.
