It is a very good location for the price. We received quality services: breakfast on the roof, dinner at the restaurant and tourism services at fair prices. We recommend.... Very good value for money, staff extremely attentive to our needs, good location....

Everything was perfect, the apartment is quiet and clean. The rooftop is really cosy, and the breakfast served is really good. Amr is the best, really kind he will help you with tours. We traveled through all of Egypt and this experience was our best one. If you book with dinner you will not be disappointed, it was really good and diverse every evening. Thanks Amr for those days together.

Super clean, comfortable and spacious apartment with a roof overlooking the Nile and the Valley of the Kings. Delicious breakfast, and Amr, the host was communicative and very helpful - he made sure our stay was memorable and pleasant. Close to a village on the West Bank of the Nile where you can get any food or items you may need, and a short boat ride to the East Bank.

Villa dream was a very convenient and pleasant experience for us in Luxor. Away from the stress and trafic in central Luxor but accessible by ferry for a few minutes and a short walk along the west bank of the Nile. Standard of the apartment was high and it was clean and well cared for. Security both in the villa and surroundings felt very good, not for a moment we felt worried. Breakfast were served on the roof terrace with wonderful view towards valley of kings and in the other direction a narrow Nile view. The breakfast was perfect for us, and in a nice way gave us what needed to start the day. We had half board and really enjoyed the dinners served in a nearby restaurant with the most beautiful view of Luxor across the Nile. Best of all, we were taken care of by the owner in such a great way that the stay in Luxor and Villa Dream is the best memory of Egypt. Villa Dream was a wonderful surprise! Its very confortable and clean, and the staff is very nice and helpful. If you want to go to the East Bank of Luxor, the public ferry boat is just a 10 minutes walk from the hotel. The breakfast is also very good and takes place in the rooftoop of the building, and the dinner was always amazing, with incredible tradicional egyptian dishes. Also, they offer very good tours and help you find customisable tours exactly as you want.

Owners response. Best deals and tours for Luxor. His album of his house was worth reading. The terrace. Water front resto . 1 kms walk to public ferry. Safe even at wee hours. Entire kitchenette and gas burner utensils super safe. We had the balcony first floor. He helped us keep our luggage after check out ..

No elevators. But it's still worth it. I knew when I booked it. So no complains
