Seaview House - A Traditional Home by the Beach

Great location! Great setup! Loved it

The property had a great location and was very comfortable . The property managers were really helpful ( especially when we left a small item behind they went to great lengths to find and return it which we greatly appreciated)

+Very close to the beach +Walking distance from shops +Lovely view +Back yard/patio big enough for kids to play football +Provided laundry detergent +Great communication with hosts +Easy entry with code +Family home with character +TV channels (we watched Olympics on BBC One and Two) +2 showers and a bathtub (helpful for kids) +felt very welcomed by hosts

-Faucets were slightly tricky in kitchen and bathroom (hard to get desired temp and pressure, especially for washing dishes) -No hand soap in one of the bathrooms; all other places had soap, so we hadn’t brought any of our own -One of the kids wasn’t used to the sound of seagulls and had a hard time sleeping (mentioning just for other guests’ awareness…bring earplugs?) -For just two nights, the booking/cleaning fees put it at the very top of our nightly budget. Would likely have evened out for a longer stay, or may have been more worthwhile had it not been too cold/windy for significant beach time -The air freshener was very strong when we arrived. We quickly found it and unplugged it until just before leaving. NOTE: all of these are mainly just for awareness/consideration. This was a great, well-maintained place to stay!

Very good location, few steps from the sea.Well equipped house, very comfortable. I'd recommend for large family trips.

Convienient to golf and restaurants. 3 Bathrooms for 4 bedrooms. Large well equipped kitchen. Location looking over common land and parking facilities.

The house had plenty of space for us all to relax in - inside and out. It was spotlessly clean and the decor was in perfect condition. And as for the location? Well, as a wild swimmer it was amazing to have the sea right on my doorstep, and the whole family enjoyed walking along the beach.
