Erigmore Spa Cottage - A cosy cottage located in a countryside park with WIFI and access to swimming pool

Great location and we loved the jacuzzi.

The welcome pack was far from enough for our 2 nights stay. We had to ask for more soap and dishwashing liquid.

Spa facility at the cottage was excellent. Being pet/dog friendly was really good.

The Bar was limited in terms of opening hours and unavailable one day due to private function.

Disappointed that we couldn’t use the pool before we left on Sunday morning.

Location was amazing

Shower kept flooding despite repairman coming out, fridge wasn't working despite repairman coming, lost our food, restaurant closed one evening and noone told us so no food one evening. When it costs £300 a night you expect a certain level and this fell far from it.

Pretty cottage externally. Good space inside and immaculately clean. Beds were very comfortable. Hot tub was brilliant and ready to go on arrival. Bonus of an outdoor garden room. Milk/tea/coffee provided. If you like star gazing you get great views, especially from the front garden. Able to eat/drink on site (pub/restaurant). Wee pool and play area if you have younger kids. Great location to walk into Birnam (5mins) or Dunkeld (20mins).

WiFi drops in and out so make sure to reconnect, especially on returning from a walk and in the morning. The site is very densely pitched with static homes which isn't evident from the promotional photos, although the back garden area is totally enclosed and not overlooked. It would be helpful to have instructions on how to turn the central heating and TV on (neither of which we managed). Make sure to take a tea towel/dish cloth/washing up liquid/dishwasher tabs/a few extra loo rolls.

Nobody in reception or restaurant when arrived - couldnt get key - had to book a hotel in Dunkeld.
