VIVA Casa da Vila River & Sea in Porto-Family & Friends

L'emplacement du logement était très bien, près de la plage et des commodités(supermarchés, restaurant, boutique de vêtements 👚, etc.) C'était très pratique avec les enfants pour des petits déplacements. La réactivité du personnel aussi était au top en cas de besoin. Ils répondaient assez rapidement et clairement. La maison assez grande pour tous nous accueillir( 6 personnes) et nous avions pu nous garer facilement dans la rue assez facilement et gratuitement 👌. On a passé une très bonne semaine dans Porto, la ville est magnifique avec ses multiples ponts et collines☺️, comme une carte postale du côté de Gaia. Magnifique

J'ai trouvé dommage qu'avec le potentiel que cette maison puisse avoir il n'y est pas de modernité ou une décoration chaleureuse. Pour ma part le rapport qualité prix n'y était pas trop et surtout par rapport aux photos montrées sur le site. Toujours cette odeur d'humidité, de renfermé persistante au salon. Je n'arrivais pas à rester au salon tellement je ne supportais pas l'odeur qui me provoquait des envies de vomissements😔le canapé remplit de tâche, une douche qui a besoin d'une mise à jour au niveau des plaintes et d'une cafetière moderne.

Big Apartment

Unfortunately the pictures of the apartment on booking do not reflect the apartment in real life. The pictures were probably taken at the beginning when the apartment was new and clean. Also the pictures are probably edited because it is not as bright and shiny in real, the apartment is very dark and there was a terrible smell especially in one of the bedrooms. It smelled really terrible so that it was not nice to go to sleep. Also the apartment was very damp, so things were always clammy and damp and wouldn’t dry properly. We were in touch with the owner because we wanted a refund and to change the apartment as we didn’t feel comfortable at all but he didn’t want to help and didn’t offer a refund. So we were very disappointed and would not recommend booking this.

Great location

the location is great.

the beds are not very comfortable, the apartment is infested with ants. we sprayed for ants when we left everyday, and they came back to different locations each night in the thousands.
