This property is great for a weekend get away we had 2 dog 6 Adults and 3 infants and we’re all very comfortable

With the baby’s not have a protection around the fire place

Location was excellent and the house was very comfortable and spacious.

Communication with Batchcare was terrible. They were very slow to respond to our messages (if they responded at all) and we had to follow up several times. We contacted them when staying as there was no plug for the kitchen sink which made it very difficult to do the dishes. Despite sending 3 messages and them responding they were looking into a resolution they never responded again. Disappointing and not the level of service we expected.

The location was perfect, it had everything we needed for a weeknd stay. What made it special was the flexibility aroubd our pet staying. Thank you so mucj

Great property in a great location. Warm, clean & spacious. Short walk to the city & lakefront. Awesome views. House has everything we needed.

This property is close to the road and shopping you may need. The fireplace is very nice, and kept the house a bit warmer.

The property was very cold, we found large roaches in the firewood inside the house and crawling on the curtains and bedding in one of the bedrooms. I’m assuming because of all the rain we got during the winter, but there were so many.

the location was excellent - close to town but on a quiet street. as it was freezing cold the log burner (with wood provided) was brilliant. The fenced back garden was dog friendly. The beds were very comfortable with electric blankets a very welcome addition.

The only suggestion would be that the outside lights be left on when someone has indicated their arrival will be after dark. Is was also a bit challenging to find the place as although the number is clearly on the house, it is not readily visible from the street (again after dark)
