Luxury Retreat with Swim Spa

The house was very tidy and equipped with all facilities.

May be to get to the backyard should have direct access, no complaint for this but there could be a reason for that.

We loved the spa pool and the house was very nice. The host were great aswell.

Only one heat pump worked, there was no rubbish bins and could do with more towels.

The owner was so lovely to communicate with and she allowed us to stay 1 xtra hour due to delayed transfer. The heated pool was the main attraction for me as we visited in winter time. There was plenty of space and comfortable beds to accommodate our group.

The only issues really are winter ones as i dont think it would be an issue over summer but there was no covered area to keep towels or belongings dry while swimming in the rain and the tile floors were really cold even after the room had been heated. I'm sure these aren't an issue in the summertime. As we did visit in the winter, maybe some extra rugs can be considered at this time. We are a no shoe inside whanau, so xtra socks were needed.

The house was very nice and tidy with an amazing spa pool. The location was very convenient so we could have a quick walk or drive into town.

Our family absolutely enjoyed themselves at this beautiful home. Beds were comfy, kitchen well equipped, the bathrooms each with their own washer/dryer was fantastic. The spa was luxurious! The privacy was great. Best of all, the location was on point, less than five minutes to drive to town. The house was warm when we arrived, and we felt so secure once inside. Would definitely recommend it to a friend, and we will definitely stay here again.

A beautiful house in an excellent location. The house contact has great communication with any queries. We would definitely try to book again if in Taupo.
