Beautiful, clean, well appointed Villa in a lovely location with stunning views.

From the start the Hosts were very helpful, keeping communication open at all times when needed. The location was perfect. Right on the water front with fantastic views across the bay. Local bar right next door, restaurants and shops within a few minutes walk, or 5 minutes drive by car if looking for a wider variety. The Villa was extremely clean, providing all you needed in the kitchen and beds were very comfortable. Lovely church next door which bells on the hour. Plus your own parking bay right outside the Villa. Not to mention the historic photos of the Villa on the walls, very interesting to see. Would definitely recommend and would be very happy to stay at Villa Ruza again !

Couldn’t think of anything to complain about if I tried, apart from no TV. Not that we wanted to stay in and watch it, however on the rainy days we had, it would have been nice to have. But like I said, not really a complaint, more of a personal choice.

Beautifully appointed, tucked away in a peaceful location. Lovely outdoor space. Walking distance to Tivat & Porto Montenegro. Very comfortable beds.

Very minor gripe - a coffee machine would be a bonus, that’s all!

Perfect in so many ways. The location is right on the water, in a quieter part of town, with parking right outside. The beds were super comfy and the whole house was beautifully renovated into a lovely, useable, comfortable holiday house. Waking up with a view over the ocean was spectacular. A short work away from the main beach and hustle and bustle of Tivat was perfect. Close enough, but quiet and peaceful outside your front door. We went swimming regularly, off the pier, right in front of the house. Loved the location.

Location was stunning. Nestled behind a quaint church and with views across the bay of Tivat. Half hour gentle walk to Porto Montenegro alongside the water virtually the whole way. A great place to unwind.

This isn’t really a negative but I had to climb onto my bed as it’s fairly high and I’m short. So I couldn’t sit on it 🤷‍♀️

Excellent location with amazing view, wonderful historic property, comfortable kitchen/living room, parking, fresh fish from the kind fisherman next door, you can organize a boat trip with pick-up from the jetty in front of the house, log burner for cozy evenings, delightful patio/terrace
