Very clean, very cool, was ample space for the 4 of us. All the equipment you could possibly need for cooking, relaxing, going to the beach. Really good pool. Will stay again. Excellent communication from Freddy. He even offered to lend me his bicycle to go cycling.

Noisy neighbour meant it was difficult to sleep at midnight/1am in the smaller room. But Freddy spoke to him and sorted that for next day.

Casa Buena was great in every way - plenty of space for a family of six. Pool table and a swimming pool, the kids liked it very much! Highly recommended 😉

Amazing, l can't rate this place highly enough. Freddy went above and beyond, ordered us taxis, sent links for stores, restaurants everything. There was beer in the fridge for us on arrival with food, milk, tea bags, coffee. The place was amazing.

Nothing! There is nothing we didn't like it was perfect.

Perfect Villa in a perfect location. Freddy was always on hand to offer assistance and to provide information. Tias is a wonderful quiet village yet not far by car from Puerto Del Carmen. Property was cleaned and bedding and towels changed during our stay. Swimming pool was heated. Property was very well equipped

There is absolutely nothing to dislike. Freddy was very helpful and attentive and cleaned the pool very regularly.
