We’ve stayed at the property many of times as it’s close to my old home and family. Very accessible and cosy.

Unfortunately the furniture in the property does need an update as it’s looked beyond wear and tear now. Another issue is what looks like mould up the walls which for myself and others staying with children is not the best. The neighbours were extremely rude! Shouting vile words while I was hanging washing out the back and was shocked once I spoke back to him in Spanish! Thankfully my children do not understand Spanish or I would have been even more angry!

Excellent location and very easy to find parking. The apartment is very clean and bigger than I thought with everything that I needed. Amazing bakery 2 min walking from the apartment (Panaderia San Antonio). 8-10 min driving to Puerto del Carmen.

The boiler should be a bit bigger and more toilet paper for one week.

Lovely,clean , spacious apartment, great communication with the owner, great location, lots of parking spaces, close to shops and restaurants.

Location was great, very short walk to supermarket and restaurants. Very clean. Well organised. excellent value for money. No WiFi, but the mobile signal is decent, so you can use your phone as a hotspot.

Beds were rather firm, but still comfortable, so I'm just nitpicking..

The location of property in the town was it's plus point but finding the property itself could be challenging especially the address. It's good that there are parking bays for each of the flat marked in the Parking Bay but disappointing that you cannot park there with no reason/explanation provided. You need to find your own space to park outside on street. Puerto del Carmen is just few kilometers away and in easy reach from Tias.

It's nice to reach the property you booked after long journey but when you don't even have a handwash in bathroom in post-covid era, it's very disappointing. It could have been better if some basic stuff like salt, sugar or tea/coffee sachets were provided but I guess these are unwritten rules of hospitality industry and there is no fix standard to adhere to. It would have been nice if an extra blanket/duvet was provided as we were four people and it wasn't enough for all. It was very windy outside and the Kitchen had lots of noise coming from the top of chimney so lots of disturbance in sleep. Other than that's it was pleasant stay at the property.
