1836 Traditional House

The apartment was fabulous. It was exceptionally clean, comfortable, had a lovely terrace with great views and the added bonus of a washing machine so we could freshen up our beach towels and swimwear.

Nothing not to like about this property.

We loved the hosts Nico and Cristina, they were wonderful people that treated us like family! - a true traditional Greek welcome. They were extremely kind and we had the most wonderful conversations with them that we will never forget. We had such a wonderful time in this home as we gained so much love for the island and its people. This location was perfect for us as it was very central to a lot of places to eat, shop, and more. We cannot wait to stay in this home again in the future as it is perfectly cozy and has a traditional feel with a beautiful and unforgettable view. Do not hesitate to stay in this home as it was such a beautiful experience just being able to stay and enjoy it. Thank you Nico and Cristina for such a wonderful stay we will never forget it and we will be back soon!!!

We loved everything! Our hosts were extraordinarily hospitable, kind, and informative. We shared great conversations about Ithaki (Ithaca), the people, its history, lots of things really. They felt more like family than hosts. The property was well appointed, with our hosts keen to ensure we were most comfortable. We had a lovely balcony from where we could see the Bay of Vathy and watch the most beautiful sunsets – with a glass of wine, or otherwise – and stunning sunrises. We could walk to all the best amenities Vathy had to offer – supermarkets, restaurants, little patisseries, cafes, boat hire, etc. Please don't just use our photos as a reference; they really don't do the property, the ambience, place or our hosts true justice! Thank you so much Kristina and Nikos ... we will definitely be back to see you and feel like we have gained a new friendship, and more. Pete and Cheryl

Het is een heel oud huis, prachtig gerenoveerd en gedecoreerd. Fantastisch uitzicht over de baai van Vathi vanaf het dakterras. Gezellig ingericht.

It felt like visiting my mom’s house. It’s very well cared for and the apartment is absolutely adorable. The hosts were so kind and friendly. The balcony is stunning, with an amazing view! And it’s close to the town square so breakfast is easy to pick up with a short stroll. I stayed with my cousin and for two people it’s perfect. Wish I could bring my whole family.
