A localização é excelente, pois fica a uns 20 ou 30 metros da orla e a poucos minutos de caminhada da marina, repleta de restaurantes. Logo na esquina, a menos de 100 metros, há um bar/café com ótimo atendimento. Por estar em uma região central da ilha, é fácil e rápido o acesso ao norte e ao sul. O apartamento é muito espaçoso e tem todos os equipamentos necessários para uma boa estadia, inclusive máquina de lavar roupas, ferro de passar, cafeteira nespresso, etc. Por fim, a dedicação do Sr. Panos aos hóspedes é absolutamente perfeita!
